Team Leader for Global Citizen Leadership’s live project with Raymond Apparel Ltd. for the challenge statement, “Evolving ways of making the front-end staff more customer centric”, wherein one of the solutions has been taken up by the organisation which is “rewards and recognition through further educational opportunities for the staff.”
Live Project: At Lifestyle store, Viviana Mall - Thane
At Lifestyle store, studied and researched the retail store operations, retail selling skills and gathered insights on consumer buying behaviour.
Retail Store Operations : Domino's Pizza
Understanding the process, ordering ways, problems and giving suggestions for the problems identified.
Live Project : Buying and Merchandising Plan - Soulflower
Developed a range of aroma candles with new fragrances in India i.e. Ocean Breeze and Rain Forest.
Visual Merchandising : Setting up a Retail Store at Campus
Setting up a retail store right from the scratch i.e. selecting a theme, finalising merchandise, sourcing material, fixing MRP, communicating through ads within campus and through digital marketing (WhatsApp, Facebook), pitching to potentail clients and the final setup of the store with apt visual merchandising.
Location Analysis & Location Planning : R - City Mall (Ghatkopar)
Analysing the location and planning to set up a Forever 21 Store at R - City Mall, Ghatkopar (Central Mumbai).
